Google and Bing not responding

Hello,
I am having problems getting on to google(.com and .co.uk) and bing.com. When i try to visit I am told that the sever at google/bing is taking to long to respond, this happens in firefox and ie. All other websites load with no problem. Whats going on and how do I solve?

Dear Sir,

It might have been blocked by the administrator, pleae consider using an online proxy for accessing to the specific websites.

It's not working for me in Firefox, either. But working fine in Chrome.

I don't think it's you - my recommendation is to temporarily switch browsers and try again later.
