Hi. I just got this HP laptop with windows 8.1 OS. Tried using the bluetooth but it keeps searching without any result. If I search with any other device, it doesn't find my HP bluetooth, please what can I do?

Here is the solution :
Step 1:
Download MediaTek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver.
Step 2:
After downloading, Double click to open installation wizard. Follow step by step instruction and finish installation. MediaTek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver recommended to remove previous version of Bluetooth software drivers.
