Hello,

Please i can't log on to my yahoomail account as i forgot my password and also my security recovery questions.

I when i tried using the phone number i used in opening the account it gives an error message that the number is incorrect.

Please kindly assist me in resolving this issue as i have very important mails in my yahoo mail box.

Sorry we do not know of any way to recover your account without the answers to the security questions.
