Browser Error Closed

Question

Hello,

well i have a facing a rare problem and its started today itself.im not able to use google chrome it was working fine till yesterday.im just not able to browse ,

it says " Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server." when i tried to open https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl or any other home page like https://www.blogger.com/about/?r=1-null_user  

and theres one more error  it says 

"Error occurred serving page

An error has occurred processing this page.  Please try resubmitting your request and if the error persists, contact the site administrator for this site."   

when i try to open some page which is not a root/Home page I get this error

Plz Help me.Im not able to browse any site where else it works perfectly fine with Firefox.

I really don't know what i need to do

try to do a system restore to see if this fixes your problem.
>start
>all programs
>accessories
>system tools
>system restore

well i tried the system restore of 2 days prior.but it happened that my mcafee started giving some problem. so i did the system restore again to the same date. Everything worked fine.But again i have got the same browser problem.But i need to know what the actual problem is and a permanent solution to it.

Plz help!!!
