Network Issue

Hello!

Anyone can tell me about the issue in my network.
I have only one LAN, one router, 2 switch, and 3 ISP, my one ISP is connected to the Router, and the other 2 is directly connected to switch, the Problem is, i have only one LAN which is the "Production" but their is excesting running network1-7.
