Hello,

I have lost my phone and have bought a new one but can't remember my password to access my Google account to get to my pictures that were backed up from my old phone so I can put on my new phone. And my recovery email I'm unable to access for the same reason. PLEASE HELP IM SO ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATED because it's been spinning me in circles for the last 3 hours and all I want is my pictures

There is nothing you can do if you created the account on the mobile device you no longer have access to.

Always create accounts on a PC or Laptop (landline IP), and then attach a mobile number to it. That way, you can have multiple ways to recover the account!

If you still remember the answer to the security question asked from you when you made your gmail account, you can still be able to recover your old gmail account. You can also respond with a security code that will be sent to your phone when you were able to input your mobile number as a recovery method.
