Auto copy excel cells to my systems

Hello,

This Lim, can i have some help to solve "manual things" problems?

This is my excel worksheet (contains orders numbers)


Everyday I need to copy paste that order 1 by 1 to my system and press query to complete the transaction as our system still not updated to input bulk orders.

Can I have some solutions to make it quick and simple? In 1 day I can copy paste 1 excel cells to our system and it is very painful.
