I have DCP J140 BROTHER PRINTER . it is not taking black ink even though the cartridge is full. it is displaying low volume of black ink. Printer head is not working. what to do?

howdy, dont worry. mine trouble like living ye. earlier my device normally pressing & running was. recently some colors absent (missing). just yellow the printing now. recently ink tanks refilled im 08/06/2017 on. last processes, presses good not. mine screen on either ''color/black ink volume unknown'' telling.
