Does not turn on

Hello,
i haved my ipod for about 1 year and it was fine until yestereday and then it doesnt turn on anymore so i wondered and im like wtf anyways i plug it on the cable it turns on but as soon as i disconnect it it turns off again and doesnt come on??????








plzz help me thanks
