Factory reset windows rca tablet with aptio setup utility

My tablet is messed up. My administrator options somehow got changed. Im locked out of all administrator settings. I need help restoring from aptio setup utility.

Go ahead and contact them... as you seem to prefer them. I don't know anything about that utility. I tend to stay with Proven industry standards when it comes to RECOVERY methods.
