Facebook disabled reviewing additional documents

Hello,

My facebook account is my life due to it is used as a company's facebook, so kindly enable my account as soon as you can! It is always showing us this message while I am opening my account: "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." or does anyone can answer this question or help me please.

Have you submitted to Facebook the document that Facebook has requested from you? You will not be able to recover your account until you do.
