Yahoo Mail Verification Code Not Received

Hello,

Every time I try to log in to my Yahoo Mail account, it tries to verify me. It is the first time I'm trying to sign in to my account on this computer. It gives me an option to receive the code via text message or phone call.

No matter which I choose, text message or phone call, I do not receive the code at all to verify myself.

I have access to the phone number on the account, I have had this phone number for about 10 years now. I haven't had any issues receiving text or phone calls for as long as I can remember. I just received a text message from a friend minutes ago.

I know what the password on the account is. I know the email on the account. I know all the information on my account, it just won't send me the verification code. How can I get into my account when I never receive their verification code?
