problem with toolsClosed

Hello,
my name is kathleen and i tried to watch a video on u-tube however i couldnt as im running with add-ons disabled. i tried to fix it through tools however the manage tools option wont let me click on it as it is not in bold. if i cant get into it how do i fix it

Dear Kathleen,

You will need to download and install Flash player on your computer,

https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer.html

To turn on the addon

Click on Tools, Manage Addons and enable or disable addons

Then enable flash player addon 

Restart Internet Explorer

This will surely work
