Data transfer from excel files using macro

Hello,
I want to transfer data from excel files to one excel sheet. Not all data but few.
ex: 50 excel character files & 1st row sheet 1 contain prices & some other details. I want to transfer only price value fo all 50 files to one excel file. how can I do it?

i want the transfer the debtor accounts detail in excel sheet from tally 9 version.
plz tell me about the process of transfer system mannually step by step
