All me songs earsed

Hello,
i was putting some sonds and music vidoes on my ipod nano, and they all earsed!!!!!!! i cant get them bac on! because it says there is not enough free space???????? but the songs and vidoes go on my sisters ipod.... so how do iget the music and vidoes back onn!!!! plz HELP ME!!!!!! thx :)

Dear Sir,

You just have to delete some music or videos on your ipod to free up spaces,

Then try transferring again
