Hello,
My DVD-RW drive will not read any CDs or PC games i have on my laptop. I have uninstalled it and it still doesn't read anything but DVDs. can you help me with this problem?

hi there,

go to device manager

and update the driver

and clean the lens by using a lens cleaner
