PC is not starting, monitor showing nothing

Hello,

My PC is not starting, when i switch it on processor's fan starts, DVD writer' led starts blinking, but HDD led stays off, monitor shows blank screen. no beep nothing its blank

configuration is as follows:

OS: windows XP sp3
Intel core two duo 2.2
1gb DDR2 ram
Hard disk: 160 gb
I am not using any graphic card

Intel orignal 102g mother board

Somebody, Please suggest me something

Dear Sir,

Please check out if the 15 pin cable is well plugged in and

also check the monitor power supply.
