Explorer.Exe Application error

Hello,
When I have start my computer the logon screen shows error
explorer.exe - Application Error
------------------------------------
The instruction at "0x71ab664d" referenced memory at "0x71ab664d". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

|OK| |Cancel|

please give me the solution of this error this error come again when i have start again ...
