Question

Hello,
 
       I am Vijay, i have nokia 3110c its a very good phone. but all of a sudden i faced a problem with my music player. The music player is just being updating files and not starting to play.
    
What could be the problem can you please solve it for me?

Dear Vijay Kanna, 

I would advise you to connect your phone to your PC via a PC Suite and hence see whether you have 

any virus infection. In any matter do remove the application and install it again. You will obtain the 

software in the installation cd that you obtained at the purchase of the phone.
