Lost game & accesories, entertainment

Hello,
i had 2 delete sum disk space and i deleted had 2 click 2 check mark... so i clicked everything i didn't want.. and ended up deleting everything i did want... Im wondering how i could get my games back for windows xp and lost my Paint application and also my Entertainment Options Like sound recorder volume mixer... is there anyway i can get this stuff back anything
