Unable to play video files 1080p H264

Hello,
specifications needed for the PC to play "1080p H.264 DXVA compliant resolution of 1920x1080 FPS of 23.976fps audio is 640kbps 5.1 AC-3 audio".
i have P4 2.40Ghz, with 1GB RAM graphics controller intel 845 chipset
whenever i try to play the movies of above specifications it either gives me a slow motion like picture or jerky picture with broken audio

please help

Install the driver for video and sound as well as codecs.you will get them on links below:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/
https://ccm.net/download/s/codec
