skype eh?
Did you install your webcam software?
Did you install the correct Skype software?
if so everything should work smoothly BUT
a few tweaks must be made to it to work. (its annoying).
when you run skype and u cam with someone you have to go into the opetions area and find something that says "video"
make sure that the webcam is located and is working WITH skype.
A good example is when mi logitech webcam isnt working right. i always have to go into the skype settings and find my webcam to set to it.
