0x7008001c Error Code

Every time I start the computer up i get this error code ( 0x7008001c ). It won't let me proceed past the login stage because it can't find a license. What can I do?

PS This was posted on my Apple PowerBook G4 because, obviously, i can't use the other computer.

Hey, im sorry apparently Google has never heard of this error, you said it cant find a license... if your windows is not activated this may be the problem.
if no body can give you an answer what i would do would be straight up reinstall windows.
