Excel formula to pull data between dates

Hello,

I have a worksheet from a payroll program that is exported into Excel. In column A it prints the date and then names, the next date and then names, and so on... I need to reference the data between the dates into seperate worksheets.

Any one know a formula that will work.

Not entirely sure what you are asking. If you just want to use value of a cell, you can use it like =A2
