Touch screen frozen

Hello,
I can t make a call,can t get access to my phonebook,messages,menu...because when i touch my screen,it s not responding,it s like frozen,I need some help ASAP plz!

hold power ( sleep/wake button ) and home button for 10 seconds. should reset ur touch. this is called a hard reset ( or soft lol ) u will keep everything on ur ipod. this just makes it reboot whenever it freezes and whatnot.
