hello, when you start up your computer, press the F8 key so you can view the start up options, and look for an option that says 'disable automatic restart' or something like that, i can't remember exactly off head. then, when it crashes, get the error details and hex codes, so it will be at the top with underscores (_) as spaces, and the hex codes will be like 0x0000EF3 (thats a random one). Get all the details you can and put them here. Hope you can manage
