hi,
try these:
> start the computer in Safe Mode. for this, you need to keep pressing the F8 utton until you get to the Advanced Options menu.
> Select safe mode with Networking.
>Download the file from
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?
>normalize and unzip it.
> Restart computer normally.
