Before we can conclude a failure in the Laptop, I would like to know the following:
1. What is the exact System Model Number of your Dell Inspiron Laptop?
2. What Software/Hardware changes (such as upgrading the Operating System, adding Memory, etc.) have been made to the Laptop?
3. You have mentioned about "laptop problems", what were the problems?
4. Was this game running earlier on the laptop?
