Virus won't let me acces anything?

This is really really bad. So my "FRIEND" sent me this link to a website, and as the idiot I am, I entered it. It immediatly started a download called 1080pmovie or something, and my computer froze as it was done. My monitor just webt completely white abd my second monitor had the desktop icon, however not the line with the windows button and shortcuts. I restarted my computer and as I logged in, it was normal for like 2 seconds and the same thing happened again. I'm really scared right now. What do I do? Please answer in a way I can understand, I'm not an expert.

Hello FlacidFerret,

I suggest you start in Safe Mode and perform a "System restore to an earlier date". If you don't know what is the "Safe Mode" or how to make a "System restore to an earlier date", please ask me and I shall give you all the indications. Tell me too what is your operating system (xp, vista, 7 or 8).
