Hi

i would like to ask that when a hp pavilion laptop don't show desktop icons and the screen is black after login and when i try to open windows starter nothing appears to be happening, but when you log on safe mode the icons apear normally but i need to work on the normal mode. plz guyz help i really need this as soon as you can answer
