Not detecting mp3 walkman

Hello,


I have Sony Mp3 walkman player ,

The Real problem is my Comp is not Detecting it, When i connect it to other Pc (Windows XP ) working, but not in mine.



Please somebody suggest me what to do, & able to Recover my problem.

Good morning, hang in there.

So what happens when you plug in another usb device into the SAME USB Port? We are trying to trouble shoot the port, so if nothing happens when any USB is put into the port, it is bad.

Please post back.

Do yu have any other USB device (other than your walkman) to plug into the port? If you do, does the computer recognize it is plugged in?
