my laptop is dell. L.p shout down becouse its battery off. but now give me message : "time of day clock stopped."

I heard it could be a chipset were you need to have a side order the motherboard yes you can replace the CMS battery but that's just for the day and time if you have a black screen and the words are up in the left-hand corner need to have it saturday or a new motherboard
