Hello,
you can use find my friends app and login with her Apple ID To track it's location.
you can also login to https://www.icloud.com/ with her Apple ID and track the iPhone.
if it is turned off, you will only be able to see the last location.
i would recommend doing a remote wipe if you didnt have a pass code.
