Hello,
I've been comparing prices for pc parts on two different sites.

The Antec 1200 case cost $202 shipped vs Amazon $172 shipped.

Western Digital Cavalier Black 1TB $240 shipped from Newegg vs $216 shipped from Amazon.

Is there any reason I should not order from Amazon? I see most people buy their hardware from Newegg or Tiger Direct.

I have bought from all three and had zero problems. You take a slight risk in buying through Amazon. Amazon is a middleman in these transactions and warranty/returns could be a problem. If you can save $50 go with Amazon. Good Luck
