Usb flash drive

Hello,
I have a little problem, when i put my usb in port, the laptop recognize it but when i go to My computer there is no any flash drive and i can not open, (not just mine), before this problem i had another problem conect with this evry time when i was puting usb in laptop it gives me wizard setup because it didn't recognize and search for drivers. The mouse is with usb port but the computer recognize it.
Dont recognaz usb, usb of mobile, ipod and staf like that.(conected with memory)
please tell me what should i do ??????? reinstal the driver maybe?????????

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;(

It's may be due to a virus, Which anti-virus are you using? If so. try to download some anti spyware and clean your pc!

Yes but it is not a virus i yhink because i have ESET Smart Security and also have spybot i think that is conect with drivers
please help
