Hello,
i bought this laptop few months ago. it already had the trend micro internet security in it. right now it is not working properly. i can't turn it on. i can't turn the virus protection on.
how do i turn the virus protection on?

you need to go to its main menu to turn it on.
check in the All Programs list.
