Need help with Ginger Grammar software

Hello,

I have installed Ginger Grammar software from its site, its working on my other computers. On my laptop, whats happening is when I start ginger, it comes up with window and a error windows message occurs encountered a problem and needs to be closed. I have contacted Ginger support, they couldn't help out. They said I need SP2, I have SP3. Please help me out in this, I need ginger for my professional work. Please

SP2 of what? If you are still using XP, and they are still supporting it, then it is their problem and there isn't anything we can do. Microsoft stopped suporting XP.

If you have sp3 it's okay because to have sp3 you must first install sp2.

I suspect that they do not support Windows XP.
