Not Power On from Batteries

Hello,
I have a DELL Laptop Latitude D630. But having problem that not power on from batteries, Whareas as i connect AC adapter then able to power on. Batteries is showing 100% charged. But if i unpluged the ac Adapter then goes power off and not be able to power on untill the adapter not pluged in the wall.

Please help me to Resolve this problem.

You battery lifetime is over. you just have to purchase another battery which can cost about less than 100 dollars
