In power save mode

Hello,
i have hard disk of lenovo with the operating system of window 7 and dell monitor.
so i get error " in power save mode press computer power button or any key or keyboard or move mouse.
plz. do help me

computer all power thing is related in power options of control panel . so go control panel and click power option look all setting there may be incorrect setting correct it . thanks

nothing display on the monitor .....only in power save mode.
from where i should go to control panel

start- setting- (click on) control panel- (click) power option. thanks
