How can i fix this

I have a e system laptop-prosscer mintelceleron C900 , OPER SYSTEM WINDOWS 7 , MEMORY 2048MB DDR2 RAM , HARD DRIVE160GB.

It is 5 /6 years old but in good condition today when i went to put it on, it started up but a black screen came on saying operating system missing . and when i pressed keys a load bleeping noise.

I do not have windows dvd to fix it as when it was bought as a present for me it did not have any discs with it, it had windows 7 already installed and as i dont use the laptop much mainly use the desk top comp. and did not think of downloading any repair dvd/ cd for it.

Is there away I can repair it with out buying any dvd for it as my other comp is windows 10 and so I most likely not need a windows 7 dvd /cd again ? TIGGS

Brows the net for windows 7 after installation let me know to send you activation.
Later I may send you link to download. but if it is 64bit processor go for windows 8.1

Hi thanks for replying but I cannot on the laptop brows the net and my other comp is windows 10 .
I have looked for windows 7 using that comp but what it says to do is for comp I am using not for a different one
it looks like I have no alterative either buy a DVD or shop who got a DVD
I rather do it myself than the shop but if I have to I have to tiggs
