Computer does not turn on

Hello,
I'm having problems with my computer. I tried unplugging all the chordes in the back.of.the computer and held the power button in and plugged all the chords back.in and.tried turning it on and my computer didn't turn on. And my fan is still.running.

Hello Michael746,

Are you talking about a desktop PC or a laptop one? If there's a problem with the desktop PC, you could try the following:
Unplug all the power cables attached to the case and open the PC. Then try to localize the onboard battery /the CMOS/ battery and pull it out. If you have a new one, replace it, but if you don't wait from a couple of mins for the electricity to discharge and plug it back in after that.
Try to start the PC once again and let me know if that helped.
