Hello,
My daughter's email account ***@*** was disabled after she attempted to sign in with a wrong password. She had provided this email address to the HIGHER EDUCATION LOANS BOARD for the purpose of applying for funding to join university on 3rd September, 2017. Kindly assist her because she has up to 31st August, 2017 to activate her HELB account and apply for the loan and this is the email address she must use.

Gmail accounts don't get disabled for a mistaken password.

Tell your daughter to delete all of her temporary files and cookies and try to login after 24 hours.
