Need to recover Gmail account

I last logged into my gmail account around April 17th. I changed my password and and phone number that day (which I used for 2 step auth).

-Says password is incorrect.
-Recovery email not the backup on account
-I no longer have access to that phone number (2 Step Log in #)
-None of the email addresses I enter is my recovery address
- I have also been locked out of my Facebook account since then as this is my username and only contact info on the account as my phone number has disappeared from it.
-I've been a victim of hackers in the past and believe this goes back to that

Can someone pls help me recover my gmail account.
