My Facebook been hacked

Hello, i think my facebook account has been hacked, on a few occasions i have had friends contacting me via messenger saying i have been sending them links which i have not sent anything. i tried login on to my facebook account which it had came up with two different email logins one was mine and the other one was in my name but i had never created it at all. when i tried login in to my account it wouldn't work so now i think i have been thrown out all together
