My Passport Wireless Pro storage isn't found Closed

Question

Hello, when I connect to my passport everything looks fine.  I was backing up some files last night and it seemed to be transferring very slowly.  When I woke up, the main folder on my passport "Storage," when I tired to open it, it indicated "The operation can’t be completed because the original item for “Storage” can’t be found."

How do I fix?

If this particular WD uses circuit-level on-board encryption, did the DriveLock (or is it called DriveUnlock?) portal work presently as it normally does in the past?  I ask because even though I am a little familiar with usb-connected WD Passport Ultra, I am not at all familiar with your WD Wireless Pro.
