From what I gather, since you could not recover your hacked account, you created a new account. Big mistake!
Did you know that Facebook allows only one account per person, hence you will not be able to recover the old one.
How did you determine that your old account was hacked anyway? Is that hacked account online now?
This situation looks like a plate of spaghetti with mushrooms and meatballs.
