How to verify my gmail account even if i forgot my passwords

I have a problem.I refreshed my device so when i tried to verify my account,it didnt want to verify because i forgot my my password so i tried logging in with another account but it failed so please help

The account ive been trying to verify is ***@***

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?
