Disabled facebook account

someone hacked into my account WITHOUT my permission and caused facebook to block my account. I removed him from my account and blocked him. I changed my email accounts 3 times also put 3 sign in verifications on my account. I have done everything they asked me to do. Also have sent facebook all info they asked me for also tried to give facebook name of guy that hacked my account. They still have me blocked for two months and have not done anything to the guy. Now they say in order to remove the block i have to pay them between $139 and $199 why should have to pay when i did nothing wrong and they still won't remove the block. How can i get them to unblock me cause I need my account for family and my classes. Someone PLEASE HELP ME Thanks a lot
