Please help. My husband has just bought a new Samsung tablet after his old one packed up. The issue we are having is that it will not recognise anything he puts in, we get a verification code which we use then he puts in his phone number and it says he's not recognised.

Please help if you can.

Take it to the store that sold it to you, and ask them for assistance!
