Hello, this is Kristi my Gmail account (***@***) needs to update my new phone number of **********. Someone hacked into my Gmail account and I don't know password,or no longer have access to those phone numbers. Another email address you can add is ***@*** or ***@***. I really need to get back into this email account, as my mother passed away on the 29th,I have pics,and other documents regarding info on her.. Thank You, Kristi Sullivan

Hello,

How can you say your account has been hacked?
When is the last time you successfully accessed your account? If there is no activity on an account for one year, it is automatically deleted from the server.
